Create What Skincare Is Missing is a skill-based co-creation program. Petals Stream professionally reviews eligible ideas, and the community then chooses among four preliminarily validated Solution Packages. It is not a random drawing or sweepstakes. No random selection will determine the Selected Solution Package or the Product Co-Creator.

How to enter

Go to @petalsstreamlabs on TikTok and comment under the official pinned Dream Lab #01 launch video. Put one clear product idea in each top-level comment. You may submit multiple clearly different ideas in separate comments. Entries must be submitted in English. Email is a contact method only and is not an entry method.

Who may enter

Entrants and potential Product Co-Creators must be legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, at least eighteen years old, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Any genuine TikTok user may support one or more official numbered options during Community Choice where such participation is lawful and available, but Community Choice support does not create Entrant or Product Co-Creator eligibility.

What ideas are accepted

Accepted directions include face skincare, body care, lip care, scalp care, sun-care needs, cosmetic skincare needs associated with acne-prone, eczema-prone, or rosacea-prone skin, beauty tools, and skincare packaging or dispensing devices. Unapproved disease-treatment, cure, or prevention claims are not accepted. Any selected concept must proceed only through an appropriate cosmetic, over-the-counter drug, device, or other lawful regulatory pathway.

How the Four Finalist Solution Packages Are Selected

Petals Stream will review eligible original comments and complete preliminary validation before selecting four ideas that fit the brand, address real needs and can be responsibly developed. Petals Stream will develop each selected idea into a concrete Solution Package and identify its original author as the provisional Product Co-Creator, except where inseparable contributions justify joint provisional Product Co-Creators. One person may have more than one finalist idea.

How Community Choice works

Any genuine TikTok user—including users in other jurisdictions and people who did not submit an idea—may support one or more of the four official numbered options by liking the corresponding official numbered comments. After invalid or abnormal engagement is excluded from the count, the Solution Package with the highest valid support and its named provisional Product Co-Creator move to verification and a written agreement.

Product Co-Creator benefits

After verification and signing, the Product Co-Creator receives packaging credit, development participation, 2% of Net Product Sales across the Sponsor-designated sales channels identified in the written agreement, increasing prospectively to 3% only for new qualifying sales after cumulative Gross Product Sales of that product across those channels reach USD 200,000; the additional 1% is not retroactive. The Product Co-Creator also receives a 20% TikTok Shop affiliate commission on qualifying attributed direct sales of the same co-created product. If joint Product Co-Creators are contracted, the product-lifecycle percentage is the aggregate percentage for the product and will be allocated under the signed agreements.

Timing and feasibility

The public process from launch through package selection and Product Co-Creator confirmation is expected to take approximately nine weeks: 28 days for Entries, 14 days for professional review and package preparation, 14 days for Community Choice, and 7 days for verification and agreement confirmation. All exact start and end dates and times will be determined and published before T0, and all Program deadlines use Eastern Time. Production remains subject to objective safety, regulatory, supply-chain, manufacturing, cost, quality, and commercial-feasibility conditions. If the selected package cannot reasonably proceed, Petals Stream will advance the remaining finalist Solution Package with the next-highest valid support.
